All engineering calculators on ShaiLearning are processed entirely within your browser. No calculator inputs, values, or results are transmitted to our servers or stored in any database. Your calculations are private to your browser session.
Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site, ShaiLearning may collect the data shown in the comments form, including your name, email address, and website. Your IP address and browser user agent string may also be collected to help with spam detection. Media

The calculators, formulas, and technical content on ShaiLearning are provided for educational and preliminary reference purposes only, including preparation for the FE and PE licensing examinations.
All calculator results are based on formulas consistent with industry standards including IEEE, NEC, and NCEES references, and are intended to support learning — not to replace licensed engineering judgment, project-specific analysis, or review by the authority having jurisdiction (AHJ).
Any engineering decision made in professional practice must be independently verified by a licensed professional engineer against applicable codes, standards, and project requirements. ShaiLearning makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular engineering application of the calculator outputs.
No calculator inputs, values, or results are stored, transmitted, or shared. All calculations occur locally in your browser.
4 — How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Send educational content, exam prep resources, and updates you have opted into
- Communicate about mentorship programs, courses, or resources you have expressed interest in
- Understand how visitors use the site so we can improve content and tools
