The transition from the classroom to a professional career in power and energy can be challenging. Many engineering graduates understand the theory but struggle to connect what they learned in school with industry expectations, career opportunities, technical tools, and workplace responsibilities.

In this webinar, I shared lessons from my own career journey and practical guidance to help students and early-career engineers bridge this gap. We discussed career paths in power and energy, key technical and nontechnical skills, common challenges graduates face, and practical steps you can take to be better prepared for the industry.
